About Cory Henry: Brooklyn-born keyboard virtuoso, Hammond B3 organ master. Former Snarky Puppy member. Child prodigy who played at Apollo Theater at age 6.

Album Context: Promoting ‘The Revival’ (2016) – debut solo album blending gospel, funk, jazz, R&B

Musical Style: Known for electrifying organ solos. Combines church gospel roots with contemporary funk and jazz. Viral sensation with Snarky Puppy’s ‘Lingus’ solo.

Special Notes: Grammy winner with Snarky Puppy. Known for incredible technical skill and emotional depth. The Funk Apostles project showcases his funkier, more groove-oriented side compared to Snarky Puppy work.
